Health Professions Application Processing Instructions

To initiate your Health Professions File, you must attend an open file session to complete the Applicant Information Sheet.  This information will be used to Open your File and initiate your Web File. Upon receipt of an email from cohesion.rice.edu, please follow the instructions to activate and update your personal information on your Web File.  Your Web File will help track all of the required information.
